Returns and Refunds

At Laptop-Kase, you're satisfied or refunded.

We do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are still not satisfied with our products, we offer to refund you within 14 days after receiving your items. 

If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your package (proof of delivery), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange or Refund, Procedure to Follow: 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must follow the 5-step procedure below. Failure to do so will invalidate the exchange or refund.

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. It must be sent in the original packaging. 
  3. You must contact us before sending the product to notify us of a return 
  4. And send the product at your expense to GASPARD Paule - 53 rue du stade N°5 - 97425 Les Avirons | Reunion Island
  5. Once the package is sent, you must provide us with a receipt (proof of purchase) and the tracking number of the package

⚠ The NAME and ADDRESS must be respected. Otherwise, the refund will be REFUSED.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

If the case you have chosen is not the right size, we can exchange it. To do so, you must follow the same procedure as for a refund. You must send us an email at contact.laptopkase@gmail.com so that we can send you a new model.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed that you have returned the item.


Shipping

Return costs are at your expense. Please provide us with the tracking number of the package after sending the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

If you are shipping an item with a value greater than 75 euros or 80 dollars, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
