 What size laptop sleeve or laptop bag should I choose?

There are 2 ways to choose your laptop sleeve or laptop bag :

  • The first and simplest option:

Measure the length x width of your computer. Look at the dimensions of the laptop sleeve or case you've chosen. Make sure these are the inside dimensions of the sleeve (if not, add 1 cm more). Use the dimensions of the case to choose the right model.

  • Your second option:

First you need to define the size of your laptop. To do this, calculate the diagonal screen size of your device (don't forget to add the edges around the screen).
The result you will find is in cm but to help you we have created this table:

If your laptop measures 33 cm (diagonal), you can choose a 13-inch laptop sleeve.

How long does delivery take?

We take around 48 hours to process your order and then around 8 to 12 working days to deliver it to you.


Is it possible to change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, this is possible. Once it has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change your order as the parcel has already started its journey!


How can I track my parcel?

To track your parcel, go to the "Track my order" tab. If you are unable to track your order, don't panic, there are sometimes software bugs. Simply contact us at contact.laptopkase@gmail.com


Is my payment secure?

Of course, we use SSL encryption to encrypt all your data. We use Stripe & PayPal as payment processors for 100% secure data.


My order is missing some items. What happens?

Our products can be shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries.
The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I still haven't received my order...

We apologise for any delay.
Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected. Please contact us so that we can inform you.


Do you have a refund policy?

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and to customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can get your money back. You will need to return the item within 14 days of receiving the order. For more information, please read our refund policy.

Where are your products stored?

We are a Réunion-based company. All our bestsellers are stocked in our warehouse on Reunion Island.

Our lesser-selling products are stored in China, where they are also all manufactured, enabling us to offer our customers lower prices while maintaining a very broad product catalogue.
